Exhibitor Information
BSM2024 welcomes commercial and public companies and institutions to exhibit their products and services to the conference participants.

What the fees cover:
- A desk, two chairs and access to a power socket.
- Space for a poster in the exhibition area.
Exhibitors will be considered as sponsors of the event and their company logos will be placed on the conference materials, conference boards and key pages of the conference website.
- Tea & coffee, lunch, and the conference dinner for one person.
Please note, due to time constraints there will not be an opportunity for exhibitors to give oral presentations during the conference, but there will be ample time for interaction with conference participants during tea and coffee breaks, lunch, and poster sessions.
We also welcome further suggestions regarding sponsorship of coffee breaks or drinks during the conference dinner.
Concert Hall: Exhibitor desks will be located in the Concert Hall, which is also where the majority of the conference presentations and posters will take place.
